Clippesby Hall's award
winning touring and camping facilities are spread over 8
distinctive areas, providing you with a choice between
more secluded individual pitches set into the natural
woodland, and more open, family-oriented lawns, most with
electricity connection available.
All of our camping and
touring pitches are individually numbered and set around
the perimeter of the various areas of the park, ensuring
that you and your family have sufficient space to fully
enjoy your stay with us. Each pitch has space for you to
park your car alongside, with a large car park available
for additional vehicles.
We have invested in high quality toilet and shower
facilities, all centrally heated and providing free,
unlimited hot water. One of our shower facilities includes
a family bathroom particularly suitable for younger
children not yet comfortable using a shower.
A brief guide to our
different camping and touring areas is set out below.

The Cedar Lawn is one of our most popular camping and touring areas, spacious, friendly and family-oriented, with plenty of space for the children. Close to the Tree House and the Bewilderwood-style Zip Wire, along with our grass tennis courts, it is a firm favourite with families. All pitches have electricity available, suiting both camping and touring, and are set exclusively around the perimeter of the lawn, most being well-positioned for the sun. |

South Park is another more open, family-friendly camping and touring area, with sunny, perimeter pitches, all with electricity available, although it also has several more secluded pitches offering more of a sense of being tucked away. Set mid-way between the swimming pool and our mini-golf course, it is central to most activities taking place around the park. |

The Dell is exclusively for camping, with a number of private areas set amongst the woods. Outside of the main holiday periods, it is ideal for couples / adults and tends to be quieter. There is no electricity available in the Dell, and while the camping pitches vary in size, this area is home to the most popular individual tent pitches on the park. |

The Heath is an exclusive camping and touring area with just 8 perimeter pitches, all of a good size, set in a natural wooded glade. The area consists of all-weather pitches offering individual water and drainage facilities together with electricity connections. They are away from the hustle and bustle of the main areas of the park, while remaining close to the family bathroom facilities. Good sun is available in this area, and it proves especially popular for those with tents and caravans looking for sun, peace and quiet outside of the main holiday periods. |

The Meadow is the newest touring area on the park, designed with motor homes in mind and offering individual water and drainage facilities, together with 16-amp electricity connection and hard standing. With just 9 pitches, this is a quieter area with easy access for larger tourers and is conveniently located for Susie’s Coffee Shop and our main Reception and Information Centre. |

The Old Orchard offers woodland pitches tucked away on either side of the winding central pathway, for a mix of tourers and tents. The northern part of this area consists of all-weather pitches offering individual water and drainage facilities together with electricity connections and is the nearest to the children's play area and football pitch, giving it more of a family atmosphere, while the southern section offers more secluded camping pitches, some with an electricity connection. |

The Pine Woods remains our dog-free camping and touring area, close to the family bathroom facilities and enjoying a distinctive, slightly more peaceful ambience, with very generous sized pitches suitable for people seeking a little more space. The pitches are set on either side of the crescent shaped track and have a certain rural charm. Electricity is available to all pitches, and most receive good sun. |

The Rabbits’ Grove has pitches suitable for touring and camping, and consists of all-weather pitches offering individual water and drainage facilities together with electricity connections. This area has more of a woodland feel compared with the more open parkland of the Cedar Lawn or South Park, courtesy of the mature trees that ensure this area is a haven for wildlife on the park. |
